Location: Lower Level of the BARTA Transportation Center (BTC)

Hours of Operations:
Weekdays and Saturdays – 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Sundays – 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Gates are used overnight to lock and secure parking garage. Parking Garage is not open to daily public parking. Parking Garage available for Monthly Parking and Berks County Veterans Affairs customers.
Entrance/Exit: Franklin Street and Cherry Street
Height Clearance: 7′ 11″
Payment Options: Monthly Parking Access Pass. Credit Card payments accepted at exit gates. There is no Pay on Foot Machine at this parking garage.

Note: If a customer enters parking garage without a Monthly Parking Pass and takes a ticket, the charge to exit the garage will be $14.00 and will have to be paid by credit card at the exit gate.
