Attention BARTA Customers:

Our On-line pass sales option is currently unavailable.

There are a few ways you can purchase a pass using a credit card:

  1. Purchase at BARTA sales offices.
    BARTA Transportation Center (BTC) or BARTA Administrative Offices, 1700 N. 11th Street.
  2. Purchase through BARTA Go Mobile App
    • Install the app on your phone through the App Store or Google Play Store
    • Set up an account
    • Go to tickets
    • Select Buy Tickets at the top of the screen
    • Select Passes and select the pass to purchase
    • Complete the payment process
    • Go back to tickets. At the bottom of the screen, the pass will appear
    • A QR Code will appear for you to scan at the orange validator on the bus.
  3. Purchase through Go Mobile portal on BARTA website.
    • Go to https://portal.bartabus.com
    • Select Buy Passes
    • Select Reload Go Mobile Smart Card
    • Select Buy fares
    • Select the pass to purchase
    • Sign into the account using the email on file
    • A link will be sent to the email
    • Enter payment information
    • After the pass has been purchased, go to BARTA Go Mobile App on the phone. In the Tickets menu, the purchased pass will appear.
    • A QR Code will appear for you to scan at the orange validator on the bus.
