For individuals who are hearing impaired, BARTA encourages customers to use the PA Relay Service.
This service can be accessed by calling 711. The translation and interpretation services are free.

Service Hours

Service is available between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday for ADA-eligible individuals and customers requesting service 3/4 mile corridors on each side of a fixed route.  Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for ADA-eligible individuals and customers requesting service 3/4 mile corridors on each side of each fixed route.  Other customers please contact our office for available times.
