The BARTA Special Services office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Appointments are taken during this time in person or by calling 610-921-2361.
ADA reservations can be made between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday through Friday. BARTA uses an answering machine device to take “ADA eligible” trip requests on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday trip requests must be called in to the answering machine between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 5:30p.m. The messages are checked at 6:00p.m., so be certain to call before that time.
Service is available between the hours of 5:00 AM and 10:30 PM, Monday through Saturday for ADA eligible individuals and consumers requesting service 3/4 mile corridors on each side of fixed route. Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for ADA eligible individuals and consumers requesting service 3/4 mile corridors on each side of each fixed route. Other consumers contact our office for available times.
Service hours for Non-ADA eligible individuals are from 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday only.
