PROJECT DEVELOPMENT/LEASE PARTNER

The Berks Area Reading Transportation Authority (BARTA), is seeking proposals from qualified RETAIL/COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES to become PARTNERS with BARTA in the DEVELOPMENT and LEASE of SPACE available at the Franklin Street Station. Proposals will be accepted at BARTA's offices at 1700 North 11th, Reading, PA 19604 until 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Tuesday, August 12, 2008.

A voluntary pre-proposal meeting shall be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at the Authority’s offices, 1700 North 11th Street, Reading, PA to review the project and address questions, procedures and the Authority’s desired outcome from the development.
